He called first to ask if our appointment window could be earlier than our original time. He was very professional from start to finish and took his time to do a thorough job. He answered my questions and gave us advice on how to maintain the clean tile and grout. Very pleased with Eco Clean and would recommend and use them again.

They not only removed tough stains but also revitalized the appearance of my carpets. The entire process was seamless, and I am impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.
(June 3, 2023, 3:21 pm)Sean provided excellent customer service. We have had our old carpet clean by Sean and now our newer carpets look brand new again, especially with two toddlers and two dogs. His attention to detail was impeccable. Sean always has a great attitude and is professional. We will always use Eco Clean Carpet and Tile Care for all of our needs.
(April 4, 2023, 5:26 pm)This was my first experience with Eco Clean Carpet but won't be my last! They were responsive in answering my questions and the appointment app makes it easy to schedule.
Our person was Trayvell. He was on time and did a professional walk through with me on each room, advising me on trouble spots he will focus on. He was also thorough discussing the service carpet and area rug .
He also shared how we would work through the cleaning process and when he was done he wiped around the area rug to make sure the floor was dry.
He was in and out with NO mess. He advised me to keep the windows open to increase the drying time.
I would highly recommend Eco Clean Carpet and request Trayvell.
