“This place is amazing. We were traveling from Reno back to Bay Area and had a wheel bearing freeze up which also damaged the brakes. We had to stop in Newcastle and found Newcastle Auto Tech which was a blessing. John was very honest about what needed to be done to fix our truck. He let us drop our travel trailer on the side of the building, ran to get the parts we needed and had us back on the road in a few hours.
