It was the only place that was able to help make a unique and perfectly fitted vintage looking band for my unique 1930s engagement ring with full appreciation of the specialness of a vintage ring. We had tried Shane Co, Zales, Kays, Jason, etc. and they were all suggesting to modernize it or fuse it with another ring as they said it could not be made. They also made my husband's wedding band and they have made several pieces based on pictures we showed them and our description of what we were looking for. If something is not quite to your liking or down the road has an issue they will fix it free of charge or if from normal wear and tear very affordably. My husband and I recently purchased a home in Auburn and needed our floors in our kitchen and living room to be replaced. My choice of flooring was an Oak Hardwood which is exspensive and not an easy floor to install, but I really wanted a modern and high quality flooring that would hold up for years to come. “I grew up with soapstone in our kitchen on the East Coast. Over 14 years ago we put it in our kitchen (and a farmhouse sink) before most people even knew what it was. It's fantastic. Looks beautiful. We are building our outdoor pizza oven, smoker, BBQ area and soapstone was the go to for our counter. We went to Sierra and the customer service we received was amazing. Unfortunately, everywhere is severely back ordered due to covid-19...so, we'll only get to enjoy it in about 10 months. But we're excited and pleased with the purchase nonetheless. “Believe me, you will not find a better audiologist in this area! I have had a genetic hearing loss since the age of 8, and I have worked with several different audiologists. Tracy is awesome! She is extremely patient and kind and truly wants to help and make sure that you are getting the best assistance you need for your hearing loss. She will work with you as long as you need to make sure you are comfortable and that you can hear the best you can. What I also appreciate about her is that she never tries to sell you on anything but is willing to work with you. I already had an older pair of hearing aids when I first came to this center, and instead of trying to sell me or convince me I needed new ones, she was willing to work with what I had to help me hear the best I could, which was MUCH cheaper than buying a new pair of hearing aids. If you are looking for some help with your hearing loss, I strongly recommend this place! You won't regret it!”
