We ended up going with a motorized choice and I am quite happy with the results. Let's talk about results. The reason I am so happy with it all is because of their amazing installer, Scott Parker. Dude was a rock star! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just over all a great guy who absolutely cares about the end result and the customer being HAPPY. He helped me set up the automation and was extremely patient. It was about a 6.5hour job and he never complained .... being in real estate, I hear many unhappy stories, but was thrilled to have the positive energy at my home.
