The Kittanning, PA store is the best! They are a true Verizon store and they go far beyond being superb with their customer service. They don’t just “sell” phones and send customers on their way and advise them to CALL customer service if they have questions. They DO customer service. I have had horrible experiences at other Verizon stores and have spent HOURS on the phone with customer service!! I will recommend to everyone who can to use the Kittanning store. Even if one is not close to it, trust me, it is worth the extra few miles to get there and have a great, stress free, experience with knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant sales staff!!
