“This is just one of many fun and beautiful parks in Roseville. There is a huge grassy field that you could play easily two or three different soccer games. The park is great and a pretty good size along with a half court basketball hoop. I love taking the kids here, except the only downside is that there is no bathroom. Park is completed by swings and a sand pit.”

“If you want to visit this super famous restaurant and not have to face the crowds, 9 PM is the time to be here. They still have a kitchen of employees working very hard. The restaurant is very clean and so are the restrooms. The food was delicious as always because consistency is the key to any chain restaurant. I don’t think I’ve ever noticed that all the chains of this restaurant all seem to be designed exactly the same. I noticed the new touchless soda fountain is a nice touch for the pandemic. I hope they never change or start serving chicken.”

“I've had the fortunate experience of working with Anne to both buy and sell a house. Four years ago, I was looking for a moderately priced home in Rocklin--my first house--and was referred to Anne. She treated me like her own relative, giving me her honest opinion on houses she didn't think were up to snuff and being super responsive when I found something I liked. Thanks to her hard work, I successfully purchased the first home I put a bid on. Phew! Anne was active in the closing process, which was great since I was new to all this, and also had lots of helpful resources for handyman work and the like. I very much enjoyed my time in that house. Four years later, I decided to move to another state and got ahold of Anne to sell the house she helped me get. She gave me detailed instructions to get the house in order (without spending much money at all, thankfully!), added a few staging elements, hired an excellent photographer, and got the house on the market in about five days. She was highly communicative as tours and offers started to come in, which was especially helpful as I happened to be traveling. Less than a week later, after a bit of counteroffer action (Anne loves some counteroffer action), I accepted an offer $25k over asking--and almost 40% more than what I paid in 2018. Amazing result! With Anne guiding the process, we were able to close in about three weeks - I had already purchased my new house, so the faster the better. “Great Park, especially for meeting up with one or two other families. ● Bathrooms - they're in good shape but needed a clorox wipe-down. Two gender-neutral bathrooms. ● Covered tables... but very limited and all separated, away from each other. Not great for a larger group or a birthday party. People would have to separate into groups to sit at tables out of conversation range. There are also only 2 or so covered tables, so it wouldn't be an ideal park for summertime. ● Possible water feature?? The Tiki thing has a big button like it's a water feature but I did not see any holes for water spray. Maybe it comes out the top? Maybe it's not a water feature at all. If it is, that would raise it a notch for a summer location. ● Water fountain for kids. ● Mid-Size playground. Big enough to accommodate older kids but not one of the big ones as far as parks go. Good enough for a group of mixed ages. It has a good variety of unique play structure pieces, too. ● Alternatively, the property is very large with a lot of grassy open space. ● Sandy volley ball area, great for sand toys! The kids were getting water from the water fountain to add into their play. ● Two baby swings & two big kid swings. ● No designated parking lot, but there is a lot of parking alongside the huge property.”

A few days before my bridal shower the company I had originally booked for chairs called me and said they accidentally double booked so I was out of luck on chivari chairs. I decided to call J’s party rental because my husband & I booked them for our wedding In The next months ahead. I was happy to hear they were available for my bridal shower date. I requested to make a deposit but the girl over the phone said they won’t accept that because the event was a few days away they need a full payment. I was a little worried but with only a few days away I did it. They processed my payment over the phone. The event comes and when the chairs were delivered they were horrible! Oh my goodness. I had another vendor there decorating which quoted “these look like they were thrown for dogs to chew on”. The plastic was broken, making it a hazard to get hurt. the cushions were so so dirty it was so embarrassing to put them out for my guests. I quickly told the men who were unloading them that I did not want them and then made a phone call to the company. After explaining the situation the receptionist was not accommodating at all instead she said the owner will give me a call.. mind you, the event is now just a couple hours away. I would rather be without chairs than to have those sitting out at the event. Finally I get a call from the owner. He mentioned that thats how all his chairs are from being in a truck. Are you kidding me! This should be disclosed to customers before hand. We spent nearly 600$ on these chairs and he offered to refund us 50$ my family and I had to scrub them clean. They got the chairs back cleaner than how we got them. I also quickly booked someone else for our wedding! I refused to put these chairs out for my guests to sit on. I am currently trying to fight for my money back. This company decided to forge my signature on a contract that I was never given in the first place. The transaction was made virtually, I never met them in person. They have their services cheaper than most but this explains it! Had I known their inventory was so cheap and disgusting I would have paid more and took my business else where! They are shady! Steer clear of this place. They are a fraud.”
