The Oasis at Lakewood Ranch exceeds my expectations! My first encounter with the Oasis was calling and asking questions. I had to leave a message and Krizia returned my call quickly. I was picking an apartment complex by only looking at pictures and determining what area we wanted online due to moving here from Pennsylvania. I contacted two other places and they didn’t reach out in a few days.
Krizia is the reason I picked this place. She was helpful, bubbly, and answered all our questions. She put me at ease making this big decision. When we got here she gave us a tour and is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Her energy, honesty, and kindness made me fall in love in the Oasis. She is the reason we are here.
The other aspect is the people who live here. I’ve only been here two months and have already made lasting friendships.

Moved in from New Jersey about a year ago! We came down to visit and Krizia (a staff member) gave us an awesome tour and showed us all of the layouts we were looking for. We didn’t want to leave and moved in a month later! Since, we have had the best experience living here and with the overall amenities and staff. Krizia is the best to ask for a tour from! She is responsive if anything is needed or if we have any issues. Thank you to all of the Oasis staff, we just signed onto another year’s lease!

Where do I start. As a first time renter, this place feels like home to me. Sam and Danielle in the leasing office made my move from one unit to another so stress free. During hurricane ian the maintenance was proactive and making sure we were safe. Thank you for everything!!

I cannot say enough good things about this development. The front office staff are the best I have ever experienced, and this is my 4th apartment complex! Krissia and Danielle are incredible. If I have any issues they deal with it immediately, with such a friendly manner. I am only worried that if I tell too many people about this place, everyone will want to live here!!

The main entrance was lovely and the person taking us on a tour was very nice.
We're looking for a 3bed, 2(+1/2 if possible) bath, w/a large balcony. The almost have what we're looking for, but the layouts make it look & cause it to be small in the main area, as well as a smaller kitchen. I asked if the closets were done with shelving & hanging & he said yes, but when I saw them for myself, all they had was hanging wire type around the walls of the closet, (can put something on top of the wire hanging part), but no REAL shelves or any other kind of organization other than the hanging. We were disappointed.
Parking for individual units is NOT offered, even for handicap. There are elevators, but having parking
We can depend on, due to my spine condition causing my handicap situation is extremely important.
I wasn't told anything about possibly making some kind of arrangement for me to have something like that so I'd be able to live there without additional hassle or stress. It became apparent that my request for that was a no go from the start. I'm very flexible, so most compromises could possibly have worked.
We did like it there, but we doubt it would work for us. I would recommend it to others for sure! We just have issues with it that cause us to look at other places.
