“Me and a group of friends had a really good experience renting a house in Truckee for a week from TurnKey Vacation Rentals. We found them to be extremely responsive to our needs. The check-in process was super-smooth and the information provided was very detailed. The house we rented was very clean and comfortable. It also had an extremely well appointed kitchen. At one point, there were five of us working in different parts of the house. Sometimes, we were on zoom calls at the same time. I would definitely rent again from them. I'm taking off one star only because an exceptional experience, at least for me, would require that we did not have to contact them for anything during our stay. Plus points for being dog-friendly!”

“There's a new driver named Joseph. He is so sweet, a real gentleman. Always on time to each stop, also apologizes to people even though he is running a little behind. He's really easy on the brakes! You have any questions... HE WILL ANSWER THEM best to his knowledge, if he doesn't know, he recommends to call the TART office. If you are concerned on getting to a transferred bus, he calls that bus immediately to let them know he has passengers! One time I was hidden behind some cars at a stop in Carnelian Bay... he saw me at the very last second. When he pulled over to the safest spot, he apologized and gave such a great deal! He said "I don't like to make people run to my bus for my mistake especially ones who were on time"... so he gave me an option of a free ride or a half off all day pass ($1.75 senior, youth, disabled discount). Like i said, a real gentleman. Always keeps a positive attitude, he asks about your day, and makes you laugh. I feel very safe being in his bus! He knows everyone's stop even when they are in a deep slumber. I hope he stays for a long time, we need good drivers like this young man! September 2020 Update: Joseph contacted me through a private message and asked me to take down this review. He expressed that he shouldn't be praised and that it takes team work at T.A.R.T. I lied to him that I'll delete this review. I don't understand why he just doesn't take the compliment of doing a great job.”

“I had a very nice time here. Terri checked me in. She was awesome. I had underground parking and there was always an open spot. 3 elevators were available to take me to my floor/room. Place was huge. Loved the washer and dryer. Fireplace in every room. Tub was huge I could drown in it. Very clean. Bed was so comfy. Loved it. Short walk to to gondola. Ski valet is conveniently located on way to Gondola.”

“I highly recommend going with Carr Long if you are looking to buy in Tahoe. We worked with Mark at Carr Long and it was a great experience. Everything about this deal was creative, from looking at houses from across the country, to financing, negotiating and closing and Mark was so helpful. He is really easy to communicate with. We did almost all of our dealings over text messaging, which I prefer. He was quick to respond, very professional and knowledgeable. Now we have our dream house and are loving it and I'm not sure it would have happened if it wasn't for Mark's expertise. “Great place to ski, they have different levels of slopes so everyone finds something for themselves. For parking :there are 2 free parking lots-one just after the entrance but you have to take a shuttle and second right by the slopes. The closest one tend to fill up quickly and it’s better to come early or around 11 am just as some people start leaving and you might get a spot. Even is it says parking is full by the slopes just go there and most likely 5-10 min you will get a spot”
