“Tom and Jason are true experts, the best contractors I've seen in my 71 years. Working together with their sensing tools in the crawl space and attic, Tom and Jason fixed multiple funky electrical problems we inherited from the previous owners and that other electricians wouldn't bid on. They also rescued a botched remodel done by another contractor. They do all the work themselves; they don't hire inexperienced cheap labor. Tom is also a master cabinet maker. Tom and Jason built a tricky oak cabinet and two oak desktops with soft, self-closing drawers for us, and repaired critical kitchen cabinet hinges that had failed. Tom and Jason are personable, "can-do" guys, prompt and reliable. Also, their charges -- given their skills -- are very reasonable. Bottom line: 20 on a 10 scale.”

“Would highly recommend. We had been at war with carpenter ants for over a year. we would win the occasional battle but never the war. They always came back with a vengeance. Finally my wife convinced me that we needed professional help. Called Gecko and they made my ant problem disappear. I have been using them for about four months now and the ants have not returned. “I had Dennis Schlumpf and Associates, remodel our Tahoe house. I hired Dennis for my Tahoe remodel a couple of years a ago. He showed us a few issues as he examined our house and then offered solutions. He had an architect draw up plans for our entry which was to be remodeled. Dennis gave us a very detailed, itemized contract which allowed me to see exactly what was going to be worked on. As the work was accomplished, he would send me a bill. He used only his very trusted and quality sub-contractors, each of whom did wonderful work. I was not there because I live a few hours away from Tahoe, however I visited as much as I could during the remodeling. We couldn't be more pleased with the results of our home exterior and interior and feeling assured that everything was completed as if it were his own home. Dennis has proven himself to be a real perfectionist! Plus, he is a trusted professional, a consummate gentleman, and very enjoyable and fun with whom to work. I cannot speak more highly of him.”
