“Hello I don't know where to start with my review as i have so much to say about Meryl and Tina who are the face to Designers Furniture. It all started a few months ago when we had completed our living, den and dining area remodel and it was time to fill it up with furniture. I started perusing the web, visiting different furniture stores however I felt that it was going to be very difficult to put all the pieces together and visualize how it will end up. its not like you can bring home a couch and if it doesn't fit take it back and even if you could think of all the back and forth, time and energy wasted. one day i decided to make a wish to find someone who can design and pick the furniture for me. my wish came true when i found Designers Furniture. i called and booked an appt to visit Meryl and discuss our needs. From the moment we walked into their showroom in santa monica to the day i received my furniture it was the best experience! Merryl and Tina were sincere, passionate, and professionals. They’ve been in the business for a very long time and knew how to help us navigate the process of design and choosing furniture. The first step was for Meryl to visit our house and take the measurements and draw up a design. Next she started putting together the furniture based on our overall desires as well as input from her. Followed up with the fabrics and color schemes for each area. Throughout the whole process she kept us informed of the deliverables as well as where we were at any given time throughout the project. She bent over backwards to find the perfect combination of the furniture throughout the home. Meryl is passionate, smart, sincere, patient, and is great to work with. I would recommend Meryl and Tina for all your projects and can’t rave enough about them and the overall experience I had. I’m enjoying my home now filled with beautiful and durable furniture with a tasteful design. Thank you Meryl and Tina for all your help - couldn’t have done it without you!!!”

“Update: I received my bulb. Not sure if they sent me another bulb or the post office fixed their mistake. Great bulb. 4/5 stars since I still did not get one peep from this company. Ordered a bulb, and it was shipped to me, but I never got it in my package locker. The tracking number said it was delivered, but no luck. I have tried to reach out to Nostalgic Bulbs multiple times via phone and email, but they never get back to me. I never received my merchandise yet I still had to pay for it. 2 stars since this doesn't seem to entirely be Nostalgic bulbs fault, but the customer service is non existent.”

Laura was extremely professional and pleasant to work with and she gave me a great quote competing with the hotel AV (Encore) which was just exorbitant! Not only did she save me thousands of dollars, but her streaming specialists, Walter and Nick, did a fantastic job running the show for the 2 day event. They came the night before, set up and tested, and were ready and on time each morning. It was a bit tricky since they had to set up cameras to accommodate our three zoom calls so we saw them and they saw our audience at the same time, still while running presentations on the screen. I am very pleased and will be using ALL AMERICAN AUDIO VIDEO for all our future meetings!”

Initially they committed to come on Tuesday 10/21/2025 at 8AM, but Mr. Ramirez called me Monday 10/20/2025 and moved the date to Monday 10/27/2025. On the 27th Mr. Ramirez and his team arrived at 7AM and had the project finished the same day. The McGraw team was dependable, efficient, fully prepared, polite and friendly.
