Where others said, "choose new flooring" Troy went to work with his suppliers and found the product we were looking for. He had Dan pull together the new and old flooring, sanded and re-stained it to match flawlessly! I can't recommend using Donner Tahoe flooring enough for your next flooring project.”

“Our freezer went on the fritz last night. Everything was starting to melt, so we packed the freezer with dry ice. We started looking for a new unit which was going to cost about $1200 + tax and delivery. Also the appliance stores have been so hard hit by supply chain issues, etc. we were looking at 2 months to get what we wanted. I called Scott at 7:30am and he called back before 9:00am, he was already working. I told him my problem, gave him my model number and age of the unit. He was able to diagnose the problem while he had me on the phone. He located the part in Sacramento and the part was delivered--same day. Scott was here before 3 and done and gone by 3:30. We are grateful for the excellent service and his understanding our situation. The bill was exactly as agreed upon this morning. Thank you so much!”

“Dave really helped my family out when we needed it! We did not prepare properly for a snow storm & our Chrysler got stuck in the snow & we did not have chains. We called roadside assistant, multiple tows & it was going to cost $300 to get towed to mountain hardware to just pick up chains. That was way too much for 3 mile drive from our hotel (where we were stuck) we saw that Uber does package send & receive service. We called mountain hardware & asked if we could pay for our chains over the phone & give our chains to the Uber driver . And Dave agreed and completed this for us no problem. He saved us so much money & we were so relieved once the chains were in our possession & got our car unstuck! Thank you so much!!”

It really made the experience special. We sat and ate some freshly made crepes and listened to live, fabulous music.They had 2 CD's available and I bought both.
