“Years ago I bought a used PL amp that required servicing. The factory offered to look at the problem rather than having me return it to the seller. Not only did they fix the problem, they upgraded the parts to the latest specs before being discontinued - and they charged me nothing. Since then, I've purchased three other PL components. Like others, I've also had tours of the plant, met the very nice people who work there, and have developed a friendship with one of the key partners. Oh, and their equipment is top notch!”

“Dr. Smith is some sort of Chiropractic savant. I was dubious at first, but had heard good things. I brought my daughter in with odd dizziness symptoms, and he diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes just from her description (before he even examined her), and fixed it within 5 minutes -and they were really odd symptoms. He also fixed my other daughter's years' long back twinges, in one visit. I finally went in myself after years of feeling progressively more 'off' in my posture and abdominal muscle tone - and after having some very painful back flare ups. Through a series (3 or 4) of treatments he was able to fix it, and I haven't had a problem since. Also, he and his staff are friendly, welcoming, and his prices are very reasonable (I paid out of pocket). I don't know how they could improve. If I can do this, anyone can. - I am very squeamish about having myself 'adjusted', and put it off for far too long.”
