“Got a flat tire on the way out of Palm Springs. Apparently its VERY common to get it with nails and debris on the highway. Called and spoke to Alliso she was WONDERFUL. They took us in. There was one person ahead of us. We sat in the air conditioned lobby and waited 30-40 minutes for our turn. Allison was the BEST customer service ever and answered all our questions and made us feel better on something that could have dampened our day. It took about 20 minutes to patch our tire. This place was great and highly recommend!”

“I was recommended this individual by people have golf carts. They're extremely helpful extremely friendly answered the thousand questions I asked him. I purchased the part I thought I needed for a reasonable price I replaced it I'm not a golf cart mechanic so I'll be having him come and pick up my golf cart and fix it. And I believe he said it was $65 for the pickup and drop off of the golf cart. I dealt a few other golf cart companies and this guy just right off of the bat He's really awesome. September 20th today I went there and picked up all new battery cables for my golf cart it's like $45 great price custom sized.”

“Was so worried about purchasing a mini truck sight unseen. Pictures were super detailed and so many of them but still worried. Called and was sent a short clip of it running and going into 4wd. Vlad answered all questions and VERY honest and straight shooter. Paid via wire transfer in minutes. Paperwork was to Utah in 2 days. Shipping took a few extra days to get picked up and delivered, maybe 1 to 2 weeks. Vlad was in constant communication. Only issue is truck came with a different engine cover. “We are full-time RVer's so it's always a toss of the dice when we have to put our pupper in a doggie hotel, but we rolled double sixes on this one!! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they love animals. The registration, check in and check out were easy peasy. My dog came home looking fabulous and smelling so fresh after his "spaw" day at the end of his stay. They even gave me a report card to tell me how he did while he was there. Just wonderful!”

My sister payed for gas to find out the pump wasn't working, she went inside and informed the same worker at the register. He then said she had told her a different pump number, when my sister was more than sure she had said different. He than serviced the pump he was told and did a disrespectful hand gesture(sho sho go away). First time I'v ever did a review mainly for this problem. Other than that AMPM is a great place.”

“Always a good experience at Smart and Final. Good value for products. Tonight ,a man walked in as I was at the check out stand. The cashier told him he had to leave and he couldn't be there. The man said something rude to the cashier. Without raising his voice,the cashier told him to leave again. The man didn't want to leave. Another employee came forward and blocked the man,also stating he had to leave. Both employees did not raise their voices,make any threats or advance toward the man unless he took a step toward the door. After awhile,the man left the store making rude comments to the employees. They stood by the door until the man left the parking lot. I felt safe the entire time this was happening. I thanked both employees for their behavior towards the man. Our retailers need to take a stand against possible threats in the stores. I felt the man had a history in the store and these employees were acting on that history. Thank you again for taking a stand! Thank you for making customers feel safe!”
