“I do believe deep in my heart that these people have the truth, and if you can focus on that and deeply study the bible and focus 100% on bible truth, it can be the best place to learn about God. The biggest problem is the unbalanced attitudes of the people. Some of them are honestly wonderful and non-judgemental and you can tell they are people of God. Others, though, carry themselves in an unpleasant, "better-than-everyone" way, and it is a huge turn off to people like me who are struggling with wanting to be part of this religion. If you focus on the bible study and put God before some of the judgemental people that don't deserve to know you anyway, you will be fulfilled with the knowledge of the bible you receive. Really, don't knock it until you take the time to listen and pray. Just choose your association wisely and don't let one person or a group of people ruin it for you. It's easy to do. For the most part this Kingdom Hall has loving people, but unfortunately, like everything in life, the bad stands out”
