“We were so lucky to have Choi and company help us with our insurance switch . We were with statefarm for over 20 years , and Although their back office was great, it was the claims office for State Farm that wasnt up to par.- they took forever for a claim, and for awhile we were going in circles trying to figure out what was going on . Jimmy and his team ( Nate) helped us with the switch for our 2 cars, home, and townhome . They were efficient, courteous, made the switch easy and helped us get the prices we needed. I cannot rave enough about the wonderful experience I had and love my dress so much. I booked the private appointment which I would highly recommend. The store was closed for JUST FOR ME AND MY GUESTS and we brought in champagne and individual charcuterie boards to make it a fun party. The girls helping me were so friendly and nice. The shop is clean and has so many pretty dresses to choose from. I have also visited the Riverside store with my friends when they bought their dresses and we have always had a phenomenal experience. Every part of dress shopping at Arlet Bridal was easy from booking my appointment, to saying yes and even the alterations person they recommend, Simply Maria, is amazing. Every bride deserves to have this experience be unforgettable and Arlet Bridal will definitely give you that. I got married on 10/23/21 at Lake Oak Meadows in Temecula.
