“They serve mexican food in the back by the meat counter and the tacos are delicious and pretty beefy 2 will fill you up. I normally get the hot sauce on the side sometimes it's too spicy! I still add a few drops to them tacos. I also love the glass bottles selection in sodas. They have the Bimbo rack I usually grab something for dessert. Give them a try and let me know if I'm wrong. Eat tacos!!!!”

“If you like Jersey Mike's, you are going to love Fresh Cut Subs. Although this was my first visit to Fresh Cut Subs, they built my sandwich like I was a long time patron. I chose to make my sandwich a meal by adding a soda and chips for only $2.49. The meats were all freshly sliced in front of me, and the veggie fixings on the sandwich tasted like they were hand-picked this morning. The sandwich was off the chart delicious and filling. The restaurant was clean and the employees very friendly, an overall excellent dining experience. Thanks Fresh Cut Subs!”

“As with all rents, ours have increased. Utility bills are up too. Our manager, Marilyn Mansfield, is a sweetheart. She is given nothing but grief from management and tenants alike. She does her very best with the limited resources she is allowed. Our maintenance man, Diego, is a blessing. Once the owners approve repairs (the owners are slumlords) Diego and the crew are awesome. We do have problems getting things done once they break. We find it is fewer headaches to hire a professional and eat the cost. You will not get anywhere trying to convince Valerie otherwise. The trailers are very old so they have issues. Previous tenants may or may not have taken care of the coaches. We love our little coach. We enjoy the quiet, our neighbors, and the beauty around us. There is an issue with being this remote. We are difficult for delivery, taxis, and everyone else to locate. If you do not drive count on constant problems and frustrations. Mapping services are wrong and send people elsewhere or drop them off on Highway 74. We have been here since 2016.”
