Lived their off and on for around 6 years caregiving for my father and than mother before their passing. In my opinion it's the nicest mobile home community in the Hemet, San Jacinto, Valle Vista area. It's quiet, clean and safe. Was turned from a 55+ to a family park not too long ago and it didn't impact the in any negative way in my view. It stayed the way it always was. Instead now there are slightly more kids running around that live there rather than kids running around visiting the grandparents. Current management is absolutely fantastic. Extremely nice.

Best park in the world - thNk you to the owner *** I am in space 89 we have been here for 3 months now and the place is great. Beautiful and quiet... great views, outside of the city and elivated. Pool area being renovated and so beautiful monings and evnings. Thank you again to the owner and all the staff of the park. Best neighbors and reasonabl space rent in the 650-750 range ... only quality people should come. ... thanks again to the owner and staff, my kids respectfully love it.
