This review is for my agent Lorena Acosta , she helped my family purchased our first home. After having issues with a previous lender multiple times. We decided to change agent and lender. We were referred to her from our new lender his words were she has made “ miracles “ for other clients. Which we needed at the time after being in escrow twice with our previous lender . Lorena worked fast to get us into a home that we liked along side our lender . We closed escrow in 20 days! We are extremely happy with Lorena she had great communication and was very committed in getting us into a home fast ,which needed.If you need someone who you can trust and cares about her clients Lorena is highly recommended from our family. Aprile and Sonya were amazing throughout, and even after, the entire buying process. It’s a seller’s market but they didn’t let that stop them in getting me into a beautiful home within my budget. They went to bat for me at all times, especially when the seller didn’t deliver what was promised in the contract. When I had issues with the home upon moving in, they made the calls to make it right. They were very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
