Loni Vogler is an excellent real estate broker. I first met her in early 2003 after a recommendation from a realtor friend of mine. He told me that she was the top seller in all of Riverside County's Empire Valley. We worked well together and she sold me two investment properties. Later that year, I wanted to buy two more investment properties and
she sold me two more. For these sales, I never saw the homes at all before closing. I trusted her judgement so much that when she picked out the homes and sent me the pictures, I moved forward with the sales.

Three years ago, I wanted to sell one of the properties and asked Loni to handle the deal. She reviewed the property, made suggestions on repairs and upgrades, and picked out the tile, paint, and carpets on her own. The property sold for top dollar.

So, late last Friday afternoon, I texted Loni and told her I was thinking of selling two more properties with a 1031 exchange. Two hours later, she had comps and estimated closing statements. I decided to move ahead and we talked all weekend long on the details. I gave her no advance notice that I would contact her and yet I had her full attention all weekend.

Loni has a great knowledge of the business, a lot of common sense and judgement, and a willingness to work hard for her clients. I highly recommend her.

Lonnie Vogler is by far the best realtor I've ever done business with. I was moving from Virginia to California and could only afford a certain amount of money for a home. I had talked to Lonnie on the phone and told her what I was looking for. When I got to her office she had a list of home for sale ready so we hit the road. After three days of looking through out the San Jacinto valley I was totally exhausted and broke down and started to apologize for rejecting all the home I'd seen.
