“There was a discrepancy on the website for an item that I purchased. The website said it came with an item and in reality it did not. The package, nor the manual indicate the item is included. The supervisor was very diligent in checking everything out and making sure that her and I were on the same page in understanding the packaging compared to the website. She gave me an additional 10% discount for the trouble and misunderstanding. I encountered 3 young employees during my visit. They were very happy to help and service was very pleasant. The customer service I received was great!”

“I spent a beautiful wonderful afternoon at clay Park. The weather was wonderful. I could feel the warmth of the Sun on my face and the breeze was cool. I enjoyed the Clear Blue Sky and the laughter of children playing on the playground. It's a wonderful place to go for a nice walk. 3 laps around the park is approximately 1.2 miles. The neighborhood and the park are clean and the people are friendly.”

“Great staff, everyone was kind and helpful. Facility was clean and well groomed. I adopted Twiggy and the staff was very thorough in making sure we were a good fit. I really appreciated that for our family and for Twiggy. Only problem I have is trying to get the online training that comes with the adoption. I have asked three times and still nothing. Disappointed in that. But love my new dog ❤❤????”
