  JC is awesome! Very well experienced and has tons of knowledge. This guy exemplifies someone who lives what he preaches. He can take you from point A to point B. From basics for beginners all the way to the advanced stuff for athletes. I have had nothing but the best training sessions and the knowledge I have been taught and applied not only in my fitness goals, but in my whole life in general is worth it 100 percent! I highly recommend him! He is easy to talk to. Prices are affordable and he will work with your schedule.   Jc is an excellent Trainer. He was educated when he comes fitness and nutrition. I love that training sessions are never boring and I don't feel over exerted after a workout. Results speak for thereselves.
