(August 22, 2019, 6:05 pm)Amazing service! My husband and I moved to Menifee from Michigan. Uhaul provided this location to return the Uhaul truck, equipment, and to receive our one month free of storage. Unfortunately, since this location is not affiliated with Uhual persay they were not able to provide the one month free. However, the staff was very attentive in ensuring we were accommodated the best way possible. They contacted Uhaul to extend our return date for the inconvenience and made sure we received discounts for the misunderstanding from Uhual. My husband searched for a new location, but none were close enough for us so we chose to come back to Stax storage since the staff was very friendly and went the extra mile on our first encounter. Upon our truck rental return the associate noticed that the truck was outdated and old just as we were explaining to Uhaul. He suggested we contact Uhaul about our bad experience again and even helped notate our account to provide further insight on the extremely unsatisfying experience. After that, he took us on a tour of the facility to show us the different size units so we could make the best choice for storing our belongings. Once we chose our unit, he completed the paperwork and made sure we didn’t leave with questions unanswered. He even looked further into their policy to see if Stax offers military discounts for my husbands service. I will recommend this place to anyone based on the excellent customer service my family received.
