“I am a New Patient to Lakeside. I looked endlessly for a new dentist. There are so many Clinic type offices that only care about mass production, and you have to wait forever. I took a chance and called Lakeside Dental. The receptionist was very nice and helpful with my insurance information. All the forms were text to me and were very easy to fill out. I didn't really know what to expect when I showed up. Honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice the office is and how professional the staff was. Dr. Kwon was very personable, and everyone made me feel at home (didn't think that was possible at the dentist). There was no selling, upgrading which I have hated in the past at other offices. I never write review's, but I felt that they definitely deserved a 5-star review.”

Dr. Lee was so informative during this process with my root canal and filling. He was fast and efficient and really made sure I understood how this happened and how to prevent it from happening again. The staff was very professional and the atmosphere overall was pleasant. “My visit at image dentistry was lovely. The girls at the front desk were super sweet, very friendly and helpful. I only waited about 15min to be seen I probably would have been seen faster if I would have filled out my forms beforehand on my cellphone regarding new patient information.I hadn't been to a dentist in awhile due to the fact that growing up in an Hispanic family, we were only taken to a dentist if it was something serious at that. So since I didn't really go to the dentist growing up, I carried that bad habit into my adult years. I was a little nervous going into the dental office but the dental assistant that helped me that day made me feel comfortable and reassured. The dentist was very kind and helpful too. I totally recommend this dentistry.”
