As soon as I walked in the store manager, Rico helped me out immediately I am disabled, and he completely took over everything that I needed assistance with. I was returning a broken tablesaw. Rico went above and beyond to make sure he had the Saul in stock, unloaded it from my vehicle and swapped out the new working one Rico is the store manager, and he definitely deserves that title. “James the store manager is very helpful and cares about his customers. I went to get help from two if his employees. One was busy with another customer and the other on the phone. I stood there for a while and I was never acknowledge . I felt ignored. They could have said, can you hold a minute or we will be with you in a few minutes. Nothing! I walked away to see if I could get someone else to help me. A young Hispanic man was driving a forklift and ask me if I needed help. I told him I needed help. He pointed to a man who was assisting another customer. He acknowledged me right away help me in purchasing a microwave. He was the store manager. I would shop again at the Moreno Valley because of the great service I received from James, the store manager. If you want good service, ask for him. Thank you”
