On the last visit which the office setup for 7/10/18 on the 11th they called to confirm his appointment to which I requested to be moved to ' Thursday the 12th @ 11:30am, I had to take the day off work to take my husband to this appointment that morning around 9:30am while we were getting ready for the appointment the dr's office called and said I don't know why they setup an appointment for him the dr release him last week no apology nothing I missed a day of work for this!! “I gave them a 4 because of their billing department. Absolute chaos and no clue how to properly process claims. Medical billers are not responsive until you complain to State board. They overcharge coinsurance, copays, so be sure to check with your insurance companies to know what are your out of pocket costs are. Ive addressed this with Dr. Locke, and Im sure he is working to make it better. However, Dr. Locke is top notch. Their physical therapy department is awesome. Dr. Locke reconstructed my ACL and meniscus. Im now back to martial arts after 6 months. Medical skill is awesome, but their billing department is horrendous. This is definitely the place to go and get your knee fixed. Dr. Locke is also a retired Navy Medical Officer, who did number of this surgeries on Sailors and Marines, so he knows his stuff. I wish I could give him 5 stars, but his billing department really made life difficult.”

“Absolutely loved all the nursing staff in labor & delivery ! This hospital I give 5 stars for all the staff, cleanliness, helpfulness, and being on top of everything. I was induced and then ending up having a c section, this is my first child. Every nurse was So nice and always there for me. The RN Jessica worked very hard in helping me and being attentive and making sure I was okay. I never would've guessed I would have been so well taken care of at a hospital. I highly recommend delivering here if you have the opportunity ???????????? also you get chocolate covered strawberries, martinellis & a meal for you and your man after your deliver!”
