(September 7, 2019, 9:34 am)Rick is the absolute best! I showed up just before closing time with a flat. I asked if I could leave my car in the lot since it was getting late, that way they could get to it in the morning. Rick said he’d like to take a look and ran out, he came back in to inform me there was a nail in the tire and within 15 minutes the tire was repaired and I was on my way out. Amazing customer service!

Recently, however, I needed an oil change and I went in when they first opened. I was quoted an hour, but the final times ended up being close to two. Not only were they apologetic about the time, but they did not charge me, saying "you've been coming here for awhile, and it was just an oil change. Sorry about the wait."
It was wholly unexpected, but very much appreciated. Their dependable service had already been bringing me back, but this won my loyalty.

(May 25, 2019, 9:02 pm)The most helpful courteous place around! Danny is the BEST! SUPERIOR! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! When it's time for tires, hands down I'm coming here. I've been stopping by to get my tires checked for several years and the staff are so kind, wonderful. My husband is not well right now and I have to do a lot of the things he would normally take care of. The guys at Mountain View are so helpful and make me feel comfortable even if my questions may sound a little "out there" haha!
