I really enjoyed this gym, I was just beginning my health journey, and I was struggling with anxiety about working out. I decided to try personal training so I could focus less on how much I needed to accomplish and more on getting reacquainted with myself and working out. I do not regret a single penny spent. My trainer's name is Emilio, and he walked me through workouts and helped set a strong foundation for me to be excited about going to the gym. He is knowledgeable and funny, which is a plus when you're lifting weights. He pushed me without pushing me to a breaking point, and he showed me I don't suck at lifting. I just needed to take a chance and focus. So if you are ever in need of a pick me up session, hit this gym. Everyone is really friendly. Girlie always says "Hi" and is nice every time I come in. All the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. If you need someone to help you reach your fitness goals one step at a time, ask for Emilio.

I absolutely love this gym! It's very clean with lots of equipment! I love how the cardio is upstairs and the weights are downstairs! I love coming in and seeing Destiny, she's always so sweet and welcoming. Hakim is also great! He always has a positive motivating attitude! I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area! Especially for $9.99 ! Can't beat that!
