A big shout out to Rachael at PatioShoppers.com for assisting in my purchase of a pool umbrella. Answers to my questions were prompt and complete. When the type of umbrella I wanted did not come in the size needed, Rachael provided a recommendation of another manufacturer that was perfect for my needs. She also provided updates for my order, as it needed to be manufactured specifically for my order due to its color. The umbrella shipped and was delivered as estimated by Rachael. Since our pool was still under construction, we did not open up the package until months later. We noticed the umbrella cover we ordered was never delivered.
