(July 18, 2019, 12:52 am)Wow!! I am shocked at all of the negative reviews. I can't speak to others experiences but mine have always been great! My primary doctor is here, and she is always thorough and friendly.
I have come to the lab and pharmacy several times and been seen promptly when I need to give blood, sometimes there is a little bit of a wait at the pharmacy, but they move at a quick and prompt pace. They are also always friendly.
Tonight, I was seen in urgent care by Dr. Rinella he was personable, explained my situation to me, and had me taken care of promptly. He even apologized for the wait which I did not believe to be that long since I was in urgent care.
Once again I am very surprised at the negative reviews.
(February 22, 2019, 8:54 pm)Have always had great service with Kaiser. Would never pick another provider. The attention to detail. The fact that everything is done at one facility. Doctor visit, labs, and pharmacy is so convenient. With kaiser it is easy to pick another provider if you are not happy with the one you have. There app provides all the resources needed for complete coverage.
