I recently had Steven Lockhart help my Mother with getting her home repaired as she was out of her house since December 2023 due to a flood that had nothing to do with her being the cause. The property management would not assist my Mother in helping or repairing the damage that was done inside of her home, so we hired Steven Lockhart to help us with this matter. He quickly got all the details and drafted up a demand letter and shortly after gave them notice to file for suite. My Mother just signed her settlement documents for more than enough to repair her home and pay off her loans that she had accumulated for repairs. Steven was friendly, professional, and compassionate for my Mothers case. His communication was great and he always made himself available to take a call. I would highly recommend Steven for your legal matters, he really helped my Mother who was in a very bad situation but now is smiling and happy again!
