This was an amazing experience. Jacques Reid was awesome to work with and had so much useful information when explaining the details of the different trailers we were interested in. Jeff will get you hooked up with another set of killer info as it relates to operations. After picking his brain I feel like a pro. Both were a big help and had great personality. I had such An amazing experience at Giant RV Murrieta. Rick was the first one I spoke too and was very communicative over the phone, he then referred me to Robert because he was unable to be there for when I went to go physically see the trailers. Robert did such an amazing job and found the perfect trailer for my husband and I. The process was also very quick I went to go look on a Wednesday and picked up my trailer on Saturday morning ! Giant Rv Murrieta has a great attitude and they aren’t pushy about making you make a decision. Andrid was our walk threw tech and did a amazing job. He showed us everything we needed to know about the trailer inside and out ! I highly recommend this place for anyone as I already did with taking my parents here and my in-laws. they take care of you and make sure you get what you want.
