I’ve had these folks restring my flag pole several times over the years. Great service and great people! Simply the best in town!

Gold ball was damaged upon delivery. I sent a message to customer service. I had a new gold ball on my porch in two days no questions asked. The 20 foot titan in dark bronze is beautiful. The 4x6 flag makes it stand out compared to other flags on my street. The solar light on top does its job with out lighting up the entire neighborhood. I am completely satisfied after one month of installing this pole. Recommended for sure.

We have the Titan flagpole and lost our seal cap for the PVC anchor. I contacted The Flagpole Store and even though we didn't purchase our flagpole directly from them, they sent me a replacement right away free of charge. Great service , great communication, highly recommend!

Thanks so much for coming to the rescue of my flag pole! The Technician was very helpful and knew how to fix my problem quickly ! He also gave me tips so that I didn't end up with the same situation next time I attempt to re-rope my pole in the future. It's great to know they are there for my beloved flag pole!
