“The entire experience, from the uber-friendly front desk team to the tech who checked my vitals to the time spent with Dr. Sotis, was phenomenal. This office; top to bottom, cares deeply about its patients and it shows. They are friendly, efficient and caring. There is seldom a wait beyond your appointment time, and the one time I did have to wait, Dr. Sotis apologized personally for the delay. When was the last time that happened to you? I would highly recommend this progressive, caring group and especially Dr. Sotis.”

“Dr Walters is Amazing. I have a very rare disease called cushings cyclical , sometimes called cushings intermittent. Dr. Walters listened when 16 others turned me away. Dr Walters told me he would do what ever it took to give me the best treatment possible . He has!!!! He has written letters for me and insures that my treatment is moving forward. When the specialist I choose was withholding treatment . He suggested I change and actually did what it took to make it happen quickly with a wonderful referral and follow up. You are not a number as in many other practices . You are a person , like family. He has amazing specialistt that are world know for their skills and for a mere co pay you have access to some of the best in their field . They treat professional athletes and treat me no differently . Thank you Dr Walters and staff for going the extra mile every visit. I had conceirge medicine before Dr Walters but could no longer afford it . I have been very happy with Temecula Advanced Medicine and their specialists for my mere Tri Care co pay. Hats off to you ! ...... If you are looking for a great team of physicians and speciallist look no further , go ahead and spoil yourself by using this amazing medical group. you deserve it. “If you want to be treated like you're the only patient they have and if you are tired of being treated like nothing more than an insurance claim, Look. No. Further. From the first instant that I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly, asked graciously to put on one of their masks for safety, and get this..... the front desk staff was Genuinely concerned with how I was doing today. I have a HUGE issue with any medical establishment that forgets they're people too. I have worked in Navy Medicine for the last 10 years. Prior to that I was a civilian MA and an LVN. I know it is hard sometimes to smile, check people in, and keep a pleasant disposition so Thank You very much for making that effort. I would also like to compliment RFMG's "closed loop" contact system. They couldn't perform my ultrasound on site. It wasn't even a whole 2 days before Liz from the clinic called and said my Ultrasound results were in and she would be calling me personally once they were reviewed. Same with the labs. I CANNOT Overstate how truely happy I am with the care I have recieved from your team at Rancho Family Medical Group. Especially from my PCM Natalie Nedeau, NP. You couldn't possibly ask for a more helpful, friendly, compassionate, and genuine medical provider. “I’m three months post back surgery and have been working with Kirsten mostly. It took me three PT places to find the right fit for my needs. First they took the time to understand my goals and where I wanted to go. The first few weeks didn’t feel like a cookie cutter program and felt tailored to my specific restrictions. As time went on, I was safely and slowly pushed thru different exercises and movements. Even on some really frustrating days and a few set backs, the team (Adam, Andrew, Sara, Ivy etc) always worked as a team and ensured my motivation stayed high. Top that with they run a tight ship and are on top of everything from scheduling appointments to assistance understanding my workouts for the day. Last week I was able to pick up my 3 year old thanks to the attention to detail to my progressive rehab. I would recommend the rehab group to anyone who needs tailored PT to fit their active lifestyle. I still have a few more months to rehab but confident I will be back to my adventurous lifestyle.”

I was very happy with Francesca, she did a fire and ice facial along with the Microderm. It was amazing it felt so good and I felt so refreshed. I have made my next appointment already for May.
