Sheri was very friendly, prices very reasonable. The installers were quick and did a great job, we are very satisfied with our purchase and that we are supporting a small family business store.

After dragging our feet from April to September- we finally chose the floor we wanted and could afford. Sherie had to make so many trips to our home with different samples I felt we should have paid for her gas! The sample online looks different from the sample in the showroom, which then looks different in the house. We asked for multiple quotes, with baseboard, with quarter-round, with custom product. Never a complaint about how much time we were taking or why we didn't like a particular sample. The actual installation took about 12 hours longer than estimated, but we added work after they had already started. The floor (and there is a lot of it) looks so good that our guests actually bent down to touch it. Better than real wood! 30 year warranty, safe in the kitchen, safe in the bathroom, safe when coming in from the spa! Glad we chose a local family owned business.
