I then remembered Ray The Automotive healer is mobile I called him up and luckily he had just finished a call he came to my rescue with in 20 min he arrived and quickly took out his computer and attached it to my ECU found the problem which was just very minor then asked them how much do I owe you? He said nothing, just needed the vehicle to run for about 30 minutes the batter can build u voltage since it had been sitting for almost 70 days. I visited Big Brand tires to check to see was my records from the other company was transferred and they were very helpful and everything was transferred. It’s hard to find somebody nowadays that you can trust with a fair evaluation on what’s going on with your vehicle. My nieces and nephews and my kids come to me for any issues they have on their vehicles and I send them without a second thought to Bear Alignment. Where else can you go where they will truly listen to you with patience And honesty. A couple of times my families car went to another mechanic shop, and Bear Alignment And was able to show me exactly why the evaluation was wrong. Period everyone seems to be working there because they care not just for the money. There should be at least 3 locations in every city. My biggest issue with them is that other people know they are that good! Even then they still work professionally and quickly to get you back on the road. Note: the repairs that I have done have been from multiple cars on mine or my family members.”

“Needed to replace a couple of tires. Called around to at least a half a dozen other shops and none had the tire I needed. This place had what I needed. Ask him a price and got what I thought was a more than fair deal. He did the work immediately and I was out of there in about 45 minutes. This place is a little hole in the wall with tires stacked up all over the place. If you need a McDonald's to eat at this is probably not your place. But if you're happy to get a good meal at a mom paw Cafe, this will be your spot.”

“I don’t think it’s called Cal Tires anymore, however the person who helped me was fantastic and transparent. I purchased a used Michelin tire (285/75/16) to use as a spare for my Land Cruiser. The tire is in excellent condition, with probably 70% tread and no visible repairs. With a new valve stem, and disposal of my old tire, I paid less than $100. I brought my spare in ‘loose’ to make the trans action easier, and I was on my way in approximately 20 minutes.”
