“I met Ricardo at a luncheon. I'm new to the area and was in desperate need of a haircut, but dreading the process of finding someone I trust. After chatting with Ricardo for a few minutes, and hearing how knowledgeable, sincere, and friendly he was, I was more than willing to make an appointment. When I arrived at the salon, I was impressed by how warm and inviting it was. Everyone was happy and friendly. I was excited and Ricardo greeted me right away. I'd been growing my hair out passed my waist for the last few years and although I knew I was ready for a change, I had no idea what. Ricardo talked with me at length. He showed me things about my face and what styles would work best (and why) that no stylist had talked with me about in 30+ years of getting haircuts. Ricardo suggested a pretty drastic change and, while I was a bit nervous at first, he was so knowledgeable that I had no problem telling him I wanted to go for it. In addition to the cut, Ricardo added highlights, which I had never done before. He took his time and explained what he was doing and why along the way, which I really appreciated. In the end, I felt like I had a total hair makeover! I'm so thrilled and I love my new style!!! And the response of my family and friends have confirmed that he made the perfect suggestion and did a great job! IRicardo is definitely my permanent stylist and I would highly recommend Ricardo for any cut and color services!!!”

I had bleached my hair to go purple and once the color had washed out I was stuck with this blonde and it had some purple and some blue still and I was so over my hair that I was gonna dye it myself and then I met Tracy Herr and she was doing red coloring and I loved one of the looks she was offering to do and so I messaged her and booked a sitting and I loved how my hair came out and her personality is amazing, we had a whole conversation and laughs and I will definitely be going back to her.
