“Our experience there was great, it was a birthday SURPRISE for my daughter which she loved it.. our Guide (Debbie) was awesome and had so much experience which it made me so comfortable knowing I was in good hands . She was so friendly and guide us through everything we had to do... so, when they send you the date confirmation they ask you NOT to take your cellphone or personal belongings which is understandable but since was our first time riding and my daughter's birthday I really wanted to take lots of pictures but wasn't able to.. our Guide offered to take pictures for us and she did send them to me ...overall everything was great!”
