Very clean, quiet and dark environment which helps put you at ease right away. I came in with neck and shoulder pain for over a week and 54 minutes on this machine helped by 40%.. very relaxing, this session helps with every part of the body from spine to stomach, I definitely felt my digestive system stimulate.
