The cooks were still trying to figure out how to cook it properly. Mine was perfect, but my wife's was undercooked. “Dr. Martin the orthodontist rocks. He listens to every concern and question, has accommodated me to the best of his ability, and is very capable and gentle. The staff is sweet and on the ball. Melanie, the office manager, was the main reason I chose this office for the braces. She dots every i, crosses every t in the paperwork, is thorough and prompt in seeing that accounts stay in order. She's been there many years so I knew the minimal staff turnover was a good sign.”
