I came in to your store today and Hannah and Cat were awesome they set my daughter up a new Android and set my phone to monitor. and got every thing lined out and i wass in and out quick. Very nice and friendly to me. First time I've had a good and quick experience in this store.

Cat and Melissa were FANTASTIC! I am a "Boomer" who knows just enough, but not a lot about the latest technology. I had a free phone sent to me by AT&T because 3G was going away. It needed to be set up and there were some special issues with our account that had to be taken care of due to the change. Wow, was that easy! These two ladies not only took care of the whole process for me, but gave me Post-It notes to remind me how to handle certain features of the phone. They also gave me a note to instruct me on the process of how to get a 3rd issue resolved when I called Customer Service. And, last but not least, they took the old phone for recycling. And.... introduced me to how to save about $60/mo. over my current internet and TV services.
I have been a manager and business owner for most of my career and I would be ecstatic to have employees like these two!
