We got in touch with Henry through a simple google search the day after Christmas. We needed to dry and clean up the damage quickly to prevent mold. From the very beginning Henry provided 5 star service. He said he could start same day and promised to spend as much as time as needed to get the job done right. His prices were very competitive and he worked with our budget. We were debating going through our insurance as we had just purchased our home less than a month ago. He was very honest in his analysis of this decision and didn't pressure us one way or another, which we appreciated. We had gotten two other quotes from water restoration companies. We were highly disappointed in their demeanor and neither would quote us a solid figure until we contacted our insurance. During the process Henry checked in frequently and thoroughly explained the process. He uses high grade machinery and equipment. In the end we are extremely pleased with our results and his company and have already passed his card on to friends/family!”

“The carpet in my rental was really dirty after my tenants left. For sure I felt that I had to replace them. Henry came by and said he thinks he can clean them. I was skeptical but since he did some work for me before I decided to give him a try. Sure enough, he got rid of the stains and most of the smell! The wood floor and tiles were also very dirty. After cleaning them, he made the wood floor looks new and shiny! The kitchen floor tiles and grout look almost new too.
