“Mmm, mmm! May as well be two other words for Subway's Chipotle Cheese steak. 'Cause it is outright yum, yummy. Needless to say, the Chipotle Cheese steak sub is what I enjoyed for lunch from this neat, small, orderly, and clean little place that is cozily right inside of 7eleven. A pleasant surprise, indeed, to discover this little gem in a convenience store/gasoline station. Remarkable place in itself really, located right off the 215 freeway. The young lady working at the counter preparing orders and making transactions was amazing too. She was kind and considerate, quite helpful actually. This is a fine place to grab a quick bite to go. But the Chipotle Cheese steak is available for a limited time. So try it now, it's so good!”

“Although I cannot fully retract my first review (which was from a very negative experience), I will say that Angela and Christina did their absolute best to right all the wrongs. Angela was great with follow-up and Christina took the time to check-in as the process went along. I did not end up renting here due to other circumstances, but after working with those 2 ladies, I'd highly consider giving them another shot. This place is beautiful, especially the upgraded units, and it's in a convenient location. Not noisy at all.”

“I’ve stayed in this place for 14 months. The staff (Robin, Marcela, Gabi) were super nice, I love you guys ! The maintenance team were very responsive and respectful. The complex in general is very clean and conveniently located. I have had great time in this place and I highly recommend it !”

“I've been living in this apartment complex since June of last year and I have to say that my experience has been great. The neighbors are quiet, the facilities are always maintained (gym, pool, lounge, office), and the staff is very friendly (Natasha signed our lease with us. She is amazing and always helpful). Anytime I've needed maintenance on the apartment, someone has been out within 24 hours and the issue is resolved. On top of everything, the apartment complex is located in a great area. I go to UCR and this complex is only 10 minutes away. If I had to list a con it would be that the apartments are on the more expensive side; something to consider.”

“Well, the name, "Paradise", is an over statement but the falls are a welcome destination for a vigorous but very manageable hike in well maintained trails. The amount of water we found was a bit surprising though only a relative trickle--all the steam beds nearby were stone dry. Give this one a try. Good for kids (no strollers or toddlers, though) and suitable as an interesting stop on a longer loop in the mountains.”
