“I came into the store on thursday march 19th around 12pm. CA would be put on lockdown later this day but the AT&T doors were still open. Everyone kept a safe distance from each other and the store manager had gloves on. The store manager kept the doors open and worked alone to make sure that strangers, people like me, could keep in contact with their families during the height of fear and uncertainty. He was polite and patient with distressed customers and gave good advice to those with device problems he couldn’t fix. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but because of the store managers selflessness I can be in constant communication with my grandma during the time she has to self quarantine for being a high risk patient. Not all heroes wear capes or make huge gestures. Sometimes they keep their doors open as long as possible to give you a new sim card so you can call your grandma. Thank you”
