“Amazing customer service! I used to work in retail and I do understand that it is very hard at times. I’ve seen customers insanely rude to employees, and they forget that employees work minimum wage to be treated badly by you so don’t be surprised if you get attitude back. While pharmacy does take awhile, it is worth the wait and they have explained to me that the one pharmacist must verify every drug for each customer so that is why they are constantly on call or look like they’re on the computer. While Lab corp is in walgreens, it is not associated with them. They are a fedex drop off which is really convenient but as a drop off, they can only accept packaged and labeled items. While customer service may be slow at times, I always see employees running around constantly juggling their tasks. Everything is made by hand in photo which is why it takes longer. I did not realize it takes 30 minutes to assemble one canvas. Good employees, bad manager. I’ve heard him page on the intercom for employees but never actually see him on the floor.”
