“I highly recommend using this company. I was completely shocked at the turn around time and the quality of the print. I flew in from Utah for a concert and Thursday night around 10pm my best friend said man we should of made shirts for the concert. So i jumped on google, came across Cali Love and decided to text the phone number. At 10:58pm on a Thursday night, i text and he immediately responded. We showed up with T-shirts the next day at 11:30am and we were walking out of the place by 11:45 with custom concert shirts for our concert that Friday night. Extremely impressed with the friendliness and customer service.”

“Amazing customer service! I used to work in retail and I do understand that it is very hard at times. I’ve seen customers insanely rude to employees, and they forget that employees work minimum wage to be treated badly by you so don’t be surprised if you get attitude back. While pharmacy does take awhile, it is worth the wait and they have explained to me that the one pharmacist must verify every drug for each customer so that is why they are constantly on call or look like they’re on the computer. While Lab corp is in walgreens, it is not associated with them. They are a fedex drop off which is really convenient but as a drop off, they can only accept packaged and labeled items. While customer service may be slow at times, I always see employees running around constantly juggling their tasks. Everything is made by hand in photo which is why it takes longer. I did not realize it takes 30 minutes to assemble one canvas. Good employees, bad manager. I’ve heard him page on the intercom for employees but never actually see him on the floor.”

“I really wish I had found Lucy sooner. I went to David’s bridal and paid $200 for terrible service there but Lucy really went above and beyond and is so sweet *happy tear*. She was also so quick! My wedding is in 5 days and she had the bustle ready in one day, and then even helped me add lining to the sleeves because she noticed they were a rough material. She even helped me make a mask out of leftover material from my dress! 100% will always recommend coming to her :)”
