Definitely the best Volcom I’ve visited so far - they had an awesome promotion in-store when I visited where you could get a pair of pants, hoodie, two t-shirts, and an accessory (belt, hat, socks, etc.) for $99. Considering many Volcom pants/shorts as well as hoodies are $40+ this was a great deal! Employees were very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning!”

Of course, we were both a bit nervous ~ after placing the order we realized that not only did we order the wrong size but the delivery date was cutting it very close. I emailed customer service explaining that I chose the fastest shipping option but the delivery date was concerning as it would potentially be delivered the day before the dance. I asked if there was a way to pay for a faster shipping option. They responded promptly stating that they would update the size of the dress and not too worry, that they would expedite the order to ensure the dress would arrive with ample time before the dance. Not only did we receive the dress in time, she looked amazing in her beautiful dress. We are grateful to this company for assisting in making her first Homecoming dance an experience we would remember forever. She looked and felt like a princess. “Surprised by all the negative reviews. Went here for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the incredible prices. The styles are geared towards a younger demographic of shoppers. My teenage daughter loved the sustainability aspect, she purchased some items that didn't work out so I'll see if they offer an exchange option. They don't for the purses. It makes sense them needing to buy very low to make a profit and and also maintain the affordable prices. There's a list on their website of the brands they're looking to purchase so do a little research before heading in. The staff were incredibly nice, there were two young ladies that helped us and were very nice. I'm Mexican American and didn't experience any racism, but can only speak from my perspective. I'll be visiting again.”

Not only did we spend a lot of time at the store, Karla also worked hard for us behind the scenes. She gave me her personal cell number so we could work together outside the store hours. She was so helpful with finding me the perfect mother of the quince dress, along with our damas dresses, chambelanes suits, my daughters bouquet, and her bear. Her seamstress is amazing as well.
