“Everything was wonderful from the moment we placed the order. This purchase was for my daughter's first Homecoming dance. Of course, we were both a bit nervous ~ after placing the order we realized that not only did we order the wrong size but the delivery date was cutting it very close. I emailed customer service explaining that I chose the fastest shipping option but the delivery date was concerning as it would potentially be delivered the day before the dance. I asked if there was a way to pay for a faster shipping option. They responded promptly stating that they would update the size of the dress and not too worry, that they would expedite the order to ensure the dress would arrive with ample time before the dance. Not only did we receive the dress in time, she looked amazing in her beautiful dress. We are grateful to this company for assisting in making her first Homecoming dance an experience we would remember forever. She looked and felt like a princess. “They don’t buy much every time you sell because they have a lot of overstock so they buy sparingly as needed. You can find some cute clothes here however after having kids it’s been hard for me to find something that fits me well and modestly. I’m getting older and can’t find appropriate clothes to my liking here. I wish it had more Buffalo Exchange vibes with unique vintage clothes including mom-vibes but this store is definitely more tailored to very young ladies with very slim bodies meaning the L-XL sections are small. Also the reviews about dirty clothes/shoes for sale is true. Sometimes buyers overlook that because of the brand. So I say just keep trying to sell cause one buyer may not take and another will, it varies all the time.”

“Great resale location. The staff is friendly and the prices are always better than the other resale stores around like Savers or Goodwill. You can tell the store is more direct straight from the donations it receives on site as opposed to some centralized distributor, so lots of unfiltered great finds pop up, always new stuff. I also loved that I learned it's a 100% nonprofit benefiting Inland Empire children and adults with disabilities from housing to medical care. The other stores actually operate for profit and just donate a portion of proceeds – not here.”

“WOW!! What can I say? This Salon has so many plus’s I can not imagine going anywhere else. This is family owned,and I have been going here for over 10 years and I love it. My hair stylist Tiffany is amazing!! If you ask her to copy a style from a book etc she can do it. There’s not a style she can not do. Tiffany is extremely professional and I am very picky when it comes to my hair. Did I tell you she is also an expert colorist. I love her honesty and I love how I’m not there for hours on end and don’t you just hate it when your hair stylist chats constantly to other stylists and here you are worrying about getting to your next appointment. Well have no fear because the only person she is chatting too is you and if your not a talker that’s fine too. Just sit back and relax. Oh and one last thing that I absolutely look forward too is when Tiffany washes your hair she will keep you a brief head massage and let me tell you she knows exactly where you hold your tension but don’t take my word for it go ahead and make an app. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.”

“Placing order was easy young lady was great, from start to finish. We called ahead like requested so they could pull it. We get there and its not ready had to wait for them to go back and forth before pulling it. The two guys helping load , we had a bit of an issue getting trail gate down. Young guy was patient older gentlemen was rude.. said they had to go too many people inside. I think it was more like closer to closing time. They literally put in truck enough to leave us there. Not happy with that part of customer service... we pulled into a spot to fix it . The crib was not cheap and I would expect better service”
