“Wow! Raingbows are getting back in style!!!! I moved to Hemet a few months ago but I normally buy my groceries on line from one of the two Walmarts stores in town. I had been working in my artwork for two days and decided to take some time off. I put my makeup on and a nice new outfit and drove to thr Winco store. It is only my second time in a Winco. I visited one in Fontana about a year and a half ago. I did not get a good look at that store because I got a ride there with a family member. But I got a good look throughout the Hemet Winco. Yesterday I nearly flipped out! i saw stuff that i did not know that I wanted or needed. i cant wait until payday! They may have to put me out! Seriously, I love this store and I hope that my review and photos lets everybody know that that this is THE grocery store. I was pleasantly pleased to see the 25 pound bags of carrots for juicers!”

“While there is a rather wide selection of consumer product available, the aisles are pretty cramped together. This limits mobility of customers and staff throughout the store. Also, there wasn't anyone present at the register to assist with payment of goods purchased. I was waiting around for several minutes before someone came out to help. If this is a regular thing, it would make theft a real easy thing to happen.”

“2 friends and I rode into Anza after a day crossing the dessert sand on bicycle, fighting a 30 mph headwind all day. Arrived at the Sunshine Market very thirsty and hungry, and the temperature was quickly dropping. We quickly found and consumed water, V8, gatorade, beer. We then started looking for food for the night and a place to put our sleeping bags. Sherri (i think that was her name?) was running this small market while we were there. She must be a different person than the "mean, slow" manager that some of the reviews refer to. Sherri helped us manage our "production line" of frozen food to microwave to fork. Meanwhile, Sherri called around to see if someone had shelter for us for the the night (40F and lots of wind). Sherri was like an angel. Robert lives nearby and showed up at Sunshine Market. Robert has an extra bungalow and offered it to us. Robert's bungalow was warm, comfortable, quiet, and included fresh dates and some classic tv programming (we watched Star Trek and Walker Texas Ranger). Robert's pad was clearly an oasis, and Robert is such a generous guy. Warms my heart to come across people like Sherri and Robert, who went out of their way to help refuel and lodge a few thirsty, hungry guys wearing spandex. We'll never forget the experience. Thanks.”

“Today I went to Cardenas market here at this location. Never been here. First time there was a female and carniceria. She was looking at me and didn't help me. Two other females got there. “I shop here often, It's always a welcome experience. You can get in and out fast if you are in a hurry. But I encourage you to enjoy the fullest possible experience. Have your shopping list ready, stop in at Starbucks inside of the Albertsons itself, and have a sip while you shop. It's a great experience early on a weekend or just after you drop the kids off at school during the week. The staff are helpful, and they do their best to be welcoming with everyone. Also, there is a dmv renewal machine inside, a nice little touch that is often times overlooked and welcome.”

“Always a good experience at Smart and Final. Good value for products. Tonight ,a man walked in as I was at the check out stand. The cashier told him he had to leave and he couldn't be there. The man said something rude to the cashier. Without raising his voice,the cashier told him to leave again. The man didn't want to leave. Another employee came forward and blocked the man,also stating he had to leave. Both employees did not raise their voices,make any threats or advance toward the man unless he took a step toward the door. After awhile,the man left the store making rude comments to the employees. They stood by the door until the man left the parking lot. I felt safe the entire time this was happening. I thanked both employees for their behavior towards the man. Our retailers need to take a stand against possible threats in the stores. I felt the man had a history in the store and these employees were acting on that history. Thank you again for taking a stand! Thank you for making customers feel safe!”

“A good counterpart to Trader Joe's: more expensive but has a far larger selection of items. The staff can be very helpful -- however, this last visit, a few times they forgot the "10/5 Rule" of hospitality: at 10 feet make eye contact and smile; at 5 feet say 'hello', if the customer engages continued eye contact: ask him/her if you can assist them. Sprouts is more expensive than some other stores so 'exceptional service' should be of a very high priority. Their produce is outstanding as well as their bulk items, nuts, candies and dried fruits. Coffee and tea, as well as nutritional supplements are copious in variety. The store is great BUT a customer shouldn't stand looking at two employees talking to each other, then have to be directed by ANOTHER customer to help the customer who was patiently waiting for service.”

“Cardenas is by far one of my favorite places to shop!! They always have great specials and selections. I always enjoy the atmosphere and the wonderful smells wafting from their in-house bakery, tortillaria, and restaurants!! It's heavenly!!! Their staff is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and courteous. It is an authentic Mexican grocery store, but most of the staff is bilingual. They have fresh produce and meat, and they have a payment center for bill paying. There's a wide range of other stores located in their proximity making it easy to run multiple errands at once. Ive been to many Cardenas, and love every single one of them. 5+ Stars!!”

“This place is small but the cooked food is one of the best places to go in Jurupa Valley. They have Queso Birria Tacos every day, stuffed with delicious tender beef, along with the dipping sauce, for $11. Also on Saturday and Sunday, they have BBQ Ribs and Chicken. The Shrimp Tacos are delicious too.Theres rice and beans and a big selection of other goodies. I just havent tried them yet. Its also a grocery store with fresh meat and seafood selections. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place with a few tables for eating there at the location. Gotta try it out.”
