Any stains in the carpet came back within a few weeks, because of all the water the had soaked into the underlay. When Tony came here, he explained everything he was going to do and he did it. The carpets came out like new and they were dry in about 3-4 hours. He used a special type of machine to work in his cleaners and it blew my mind. I had just vacuumed the carpet prior to him coming and his machine pulled out clumps of pet hair! I can drop some clothes off at 7am on Monday morning, but they won't be available until 5pm on Wednesday evening.
