“A TRUE TASTE of South of the Border complete with the atmosphere and sense you just crossed into Mexico. I was entertained by the many across the border items it was a true DELIGHT to see such a wide variety of items. And the selection of South of the Border food items which are prepared and presented in Mexican fashionista and flair and that very distinct TASTE and FLAVORS. There truly is a world of TASTE HERE some food items I was not familiar with and the South of the Border cheeses used are a bit strong in TASTE and SMELL I decided not to eat I was a little of afraid of the unknown. So I moved on to DESSERT the diced up FRUIT looked like a safe bet so I DECIDED against the cream and REQUESTED the fruit to be PLAIN. The FRESH FRUIT was a COMPLETE LET DOWN it was old and NOT FRESH the fruit was SLIMY AND OLD. This could have been an off day but I am not ready to take another chance I paid for my South of the Border Food with American money and DECIDED next time not to cross INTO THE South of the Border and KEEP GOING. “Another delightful hole in the wall Mexican place with fantastic lunch specials! I love coming here with my colleagues! We enjoy the lunch specials and friendly service. For around eight bucks I will get two enchiladas, rice, and beans!! The regular menu includes a slew of alternatives too including chile rellenos, tacos, sandwiches, etc.. The servers function the significant round crunchy tortillas rather than the typical chips. Also included besides the salsa is a spicy bean dip, which I genuinely appreciate. The setup of this restaurant is small and a little cluttered but I do not let it stop me from partaking in the good eats. The parking lot is also really tiny. But hey for the value and food it's a win for me!”

“We came down to watch the division playoff game and I had to write a review. It's a great place with other fine restaurants to enjoy. The ambience reminds me of Thursday after class college days. They have other neat places closeby to visit, like a trail for walking, duck feeding areas and a place to ride bikes. So it's really a good overall neighborhood hangout. Plus the pizza and beer is GREAT”
